Move-In & Timing

How quickly can my loved one move in? Move-in timing depends on current availability and the level of care needed. Most families complete the process within one to two weeks once we have a care assessment on file. If your situation is time-sensitive, give us a call and we will walk you through next steps the same day.

Can you accommodate urgent or short-notice move-ins? Yes. We regularly work with families navigating hospital discharges, sudden changes in care needs and other unexpected transitions. Call us to speak with our team directly.

Pricing & Costs

How much does it cost to live here? Pricing varies based on floor plan, care level and additional services. We provide personalized quotes after a brief conversation about your loved one's needs. Request a tour or call us for current rates.

Are there additional fees beyond monthly rent? Some services are included in monthly rent and others are priced separately depending on care level. We walk every family through the full cost breakdown before any commitment. No hidden fees.

Availability

Do you have any openings? Availability changes frequently. The fastest way to get a current answer is to call us. If nothing is open today, we can add your family to our priority list and reach out as soon as a unit becomes available.

Tours & Visiting

How do I schedule a tour? Call us, fill out our contact form or stop by during business hours. Tours run about 30 to 45 minutes and include time to meet residents and staff.

Can family members tour together? Yes. We encourage you to bring everyone who is part of the decision.

Care Options

Do you offer assisted living? Yes. Assisted living includes housing, meals, housekeeping, social activities and on-site care support. Care plans are personalized to each resident and updated as needs change.

Do you offer memory care? We do not offer memory care at this community. Many of our sister communities do. Call us and we will help you find the right fit.

Do you offer independent living? This community does not offer independent living. We can point you to a nearby sister community that does.

Do you accept Medicaid? Yes. We accept Medicaid for qualifying residents. Eligibility depends on state requirements and our current availability for Medicaid-funded residents. Call us to discuss your specific situation.
